Before that I shipped crypto software. I built multimillion-dollar budgets that were used to manage care for thousands of retirees.
Through all of it I was coaching the people doing the work, across time zones and cultures. I know how a business runs. I also know how to sit with the person running it and listen until we unearth the real problem.
